Nancy, I am so sorry and so saddened to see and read about the loss of your beautiful daughter Sophia. Her pictures when she was a little girl remind me so much of you.. those same beautiful eyes. I'm sorry I've lost track of you and your Uncle Billy all these years. I came across this is Legacy site quite by accident. I'll always remember you your dad Sam and Mom Phyllis and the good times back in the Heights. My prayers go out to you and your family. I hope that the ensuing years will just continue to fill your heart with love.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Nancy, Wishing you peace and continued courage as you face the challenge of dealing with the pain in your heart and the gaping void left by Sophia's passing. I was lucky enough to hear many tales of "Soph" during our runs and b/c sessions. In person, she was everything and more that you described. Grieving and healing is a long process - you are always welcome at 44.

Dear John and Nancy, and dear sweet, supportive family/friends of Sophia: I'm so very sorry for this immense loss. This is a moving tribute to Soph, who I only knew a short while, but whose gorgeous smile could light up the darkest room. I know words and hugs can't come close to healing this awful pain, but know how much she and you are loved.

I was in Sophia's class at Sheridan in the Performing Arts Prep class; She was so amazingly funny and enthusiastic about basically everything all the time. The world's a lot less without her in it. I'm so sorry for the family's loss.

Stay strong Nancy. We are here for you, forever and always.

I only knew Sophia through mutual friends at Humber and I also worked with her briefly at City Sightseeing. From what I could tell, she brought light to everyone's lives. I'm sure she's blasting an Arkells song right now. My thoughts are with everyone that knew and loved her.

I only met her once, about 10 years ago. I am Jess' friend from Australia and I am deeply sorry for your loss. I remember her being such a bubbly, happy girl. I followed her life on facebook and instagram and she was always making the most of life.
