Dear Father Ted,
My wife and I wish to express our heartfelt condolences on the death of your mother. When we were parishoners at Our Lady of Grace, the girl scouts had a project of writing Christmas letters to shut-ins. My daughter Naomi (whose birthday is coincidentally March 18, like the Cardinal's) was assigned your mother, so we felt a special connection, and now a sense of loss. You are in our prayers, Father.
