Duggi was a quiet professional who I was privileged to have as a colleague and friend. All of us at the Governor's Office of Information Technology supporting the Colorado Department of Corrections miss him terribly. He was a rare kind of person who was honest, trustworthy, hard working, devoted to family and always enjoyable to be around. His passing is a great loss.
