Dear Barb and entire Currie Family -
Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of Stan. I deeply regret that we did not make it back in time from a business trip in Duluth to attend his services.
When I look back on my 23 years of service in the St. Louis Park Police Department, it was a pleasure to serve with Sgt. Currie. He was an exceptional supervisor and liked by all.
I have appreciated the times that we ran into each other after retirement and reminisced about our St. Louis Park days, particularly when we were sergeant partners.
We will all miss Stan "The Man."
May God be with you during this time of loss.
Barb and family, you are special people and I know Stan appreciated all the care you gave him.

Barb & Family,
As we all know, Stan is @ Peace now. I've known him for a very long time,my memories are many, & all make me smile. My friend Stanley! From advise on raising kids & family,to meetings & folding our laundry together, pull tab mania, current event debates... and telling "jokes".Stan was a respected & loved member of this community & a bright spot in my life! He & Barb were quite the example to me over the years. One of the "good guys", and a force to be recond with! Your are all in my thoughts & prayers. May your close devotion to family & love comfort you. "Sergeant Stanley" will most certainly be missed & remembered with joy.

To the Currie Family,
My deepest sympathy to all of you. Stan will be in my thoughts and prayers. We go back along ways and I will always cherish his memories. He was a good friend. As the years passed, we didn't see much of each other but that didn't mean I didn't think of him often. We had lots of good laughs. He will be missed deeply.

To the Currie Family,
My deepest condolences to you. I know that this is a difficult time, and I can only wish you strength during this time. I have some memories of Stan, but even more than that, I have memories of my own father, who would call me every time that he would run into Stan. I think they would go and buy Pull Tabs together.
May his memory live for ever in you all.
