It was only for a brief time, but I knew Stan to be compassionate and generous. I tell stories of a caring man named Stan. He didn't know me yet he travelled hours to visit and to share a meal. Matthew 25:35-36. He will always be remembered.

I will never look a pumpkin and not think of Stan. My kids always looked forward to going to his and Alice´s house to pick out their own pumpkins for Halloween. A tradition I will miss deeply. Thoughts and prayers with the Fries family and everyone who will miss this great man.

Alice, Erin and Nathan, hugs go out to you from the Cardoso family. I will never forget that Stanley's birthday was the same day as my son Kirk and Joey Furtado's. Stanley never had a problem celebrating at Chuckee Cheese with the kids. We so enjoyed having you guys as friends but more like family. Carlos and Shadow will always be remembered as the best of buddies. I truly believe that Carlos welcomed Stanley home with open arms. May all the memories bring comfort to you all. With love to you all.

Stanley, a man of character, charm and charity. I always loved running into Alice and Stan, usually a cocktail and good laughter and smiles. I´m sure everyone knows how much he gave to his neighbors always taking care without an ever asking anything in return. The heavens have gained an amazing man and we have lost an amazing soul. God Bless all left behind..

I will always love Shadow for treating my family like his own. All the great times we had on our motorcycles, whether it was riding to Laughlin or Roosters, I will always cherish our time together. One memory I will never forget is every Halloween he would dress up with his chainsaw and scare all the kids who came by. Rest easy love you Stanley.

I will always remember the way Stanley treated my kids with such love. Shadow always had time to teach them to garden, work in the yard, and have fun outside. Ricki Lynn, Rocky, + Rylee were so blessed to have Stan as a surrogate grandpa before he had his own 2 granddaughters.

I will always remember the fun times I had with Shadow! We would plant vegetables in the garden, have ultimate dance parties with Alice in the kitchen, make gingerbread houses, and have sleepovers! He was like a grandpa to me. I never had a bad time if I was hanging out with Shadow. Sleepovers at his and Alice´s house were a treat! I had so much fun with them! Stan will always have a special place in my heart and I will cherish all of our time we spent together. Love you forever shadow
