I am so sorry to hear about you Dad's passing. He was a very nice man. I remember going up to the cabin on the lake and being able to go on the pontoon. It was so much fun. I remember that summer was also the first time that I had ever been in a sauna. Your parents were the nicest, they welcomed my whole family with open arms. I know that we all had a wonderful time. I just wish that we could've had more. I have many memories of that summer. You were very blessed to have a man as gentle, and kind as your father. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am really sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I didn't know him well but I do remember staying at the cabin on vacation and he was a very nice man. I am honored to have met him. My deepest sympathy to you and your family in this time of sorrow. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

I will miss you great grandpa. I was lucky to have had a such a great grandpa to spend time with and will cherish those memories forever. I wish that god hadn't taken you away from me so soon but I know you are in a better place now.

The news of Stanley’s passing brings shock and sadness. I always enjoyed his sense of humor and good nature.

I was sorry to hear of Stanley's passing. It was so nice that you and Stanley were able to stop by and visit a few years back. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. We were so sorry to hear of your Dads passing. I will always cherish the memories of being at the lake and how we were treated like family, with open arms. Your Dad had such a gentle way and a big smile. My kids were blessed to have met him. I am only sorry that we didn't get up there with the kids more. We were sorry to hear about the loss of your Grandpa Stan. I am sure you will have many memories to keep of your times together. We pray that our Gods' comfort and healing will bring you peace.

Our family would like to share some of the good times in hope that it will remind you of some of your own......

Stan, husband, dad was a man that believed in "doing a little something every day", even after he retired. There was always a nail to pound, a friend to help, something to build, or a whichamacallit or thingamajig to fix; he was the "go to" man if it was broken--he would always know how to make it work again.

He and Roni's vision, talent and labor of love provided family and friends lasting memories at Net Lake where they spent their spare time throughout the last 45 years: the million miles he pulled us on waterskis; the fish we learned to clean; the berries we picked, the wood we cut, the gardens grown and the campfires where we sang and danced and laughed. And then the quiet times when we listend to the loons, the frogs, the coyotes and the freezing lake sing their songs.

And those size 15's....oh how they danced and glided across the floor teaching little feet.

Always with us, we remember the lessons, love, life and laughs we shared. Stan, husband, dad struggled to communicate at the end, but his last word to us all was "Nostrovia"....to your good health.

Stan was a man to admire and look up to. He was a good friend to our entire family for over 40 years. He will always have a special place in our hearts.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time of loss. May the memories and the celebration of his life be a comfort to sustain you. He will never be forgotten.

Dear Grandpa,
There are no words to express how much you will be missed.
My memories of you will be forever cherished.
Here Heather and I are as kids sitting on the front porch waiting for you turn down the alley on your way home from work. We liked to meet you at the back gate with a big "Hello." Of course you'd give us that warm gold tooth smile. I just want you to know how big you were in my life. I could never have asked for a better Grandpa.
Now it's your turn to wait for me at the gate. Until then Grandpa, You will be in my heart.

Because of Mother’s ailing health she is unable to come to the funeral but she does send her sympathies to your family.

Even though it has been years since mother saw Stanley she talked of him often and today told me stories of the times they would play together. And just as Mom has those memories please cherish those memories you have of Stanley and pass them along to your next generation.
