Stan was one of those people that you could count on in so many ways. He could figure out just about anything that he put his mind to. So sorry he went so soon. He was a great uncle to his niece Zo. There is a great picture of him helping her to put together a robot at the kitchen table one recent Christmas. Stan, may you be blessed on your journey. Peace be with you. Tara, Larry & Zo

We were saddened to hear that our "brother of the neighbor" had passed on. My family connected with Stan and his older brother, Dave, with our school reunions.
Stan had grown up to be a joy to his family and friends. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help someone, cheerful in giving and a warm, wonderful person. We will miss his contagious smile. We share the family's burden and sorrow. Love from Cheryl Duncan Lanning

Our heart felt condolences to the family, so sorry for your loss. I was told by my aunt who still lives in Greeley that Stanley had passed away. I considered Stanley my best friend when we went to Madison elementary school. Seen him a few times during and after high school when I lived in Minnesota. Loved his mom and dad. The last time I came down to visit back in the late 70's or early 80's David Senior let me drive his old small Honda I'm not sure the size forgot, but I was visiting and had no transportation. They were so glad to see me, great family. I still remember Stanley mother used to make us I think we called them kraut burgers , I just loved them. Always wished I knew how she had made them. Dough filled with hamburger meat. Would sure love to have some now. Wonderful family and good memories, I still can't believe it. Stan and I were the same age. Love you guys.

It was just this past summer that I saw Stan at our High School reunion enjoyed talking with him and he looked so nice in his suit. We started going to school together at Madison Elementary. Stan was such a fun loving guy and always had a stash of penny candy to share . He and Bill worked at Taco Bell in High School and we used to stop by for a late night burrito. May he rest in peace.
