Stanley "Sticka" Terry was born on November 4, 1948, in Pontiac, Michigan. He quietly departed this life on January 19, 2023.
Stan was preceded in death his parents, Annis and JamesTerry, his sisters, Brenda Sue Terry and Ethel Jane Terry Sartin and Brian's mother, Beverly Burton Terry.
He leaves to cherish his memory; his son, Brian (Tori) Terry and Brain's sister, Brianna Farrow. He also leaves to treasure his memory; his loving brothers, Andew (Thelma) Terry, Darrell (Jevita) Terry and Todd (Deborah) Terry.
His joyous smile will be remembered by his many nieces and nephews; Dana Terry, Jason Terry, Debra Sartin, Candis Terry, Tamara Terry, Daphne Terry, Marcia Terry, Tiffani Taylor, Todd (Stephanie) Terry, Jr., Ariel Walker, Branden Terry, Devin Terry and a host of great nieces/nephews, cousins and friends who loved him dearly.
Mr. Terry will lie in repose on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road in Pontiac, Michigan from 12:30 PM until 7:00 PM.
Celebration of life for Stanley Terry will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Cobb's Funeral Home Chapel 151 Orchard Lake Road in Pontiac, Michigan, family hour will start at 10:30AM.

My condolences on the loss of Stanley. He was always kind and loving to me, even though I haven't been able to see family, I will miss seeing his face next time I do. May his memory always be a blessing.

I would like to give my Condolences to the Terry family. I just found out about his passing. My family have a history with the Terry family.Most of my family live out of state. The Webb family have a wonderful history with the Terry family. The Webb family sends there Condolences to the entire Terry family. Mr. Terry was a gentle and respectful person. He sometimes would talk about food and how to prepare it. Did not know that he was a former chief. He will by missed by those he touch in this life. But always remember that Jesus can give peace and strength and comfort in this time of sorrow.

Stanley and I graduated from PCH, Class of 1967. Last talked to him in September at our 55th HS Reunion. My sincere condolences to the family. May God continue to bless you. RIP my friend.
