Thinking of you, Ted... those glorious years at International House, where you demonstrated your wicked sense of humor (and don't worry - they never did figure out who created & posted those hilarious "tasteless tabloids"). And then there were our countless get-togethers in the Village - so many joyous good times. I miss your kindness, gentleness, your gentlemanliness - you were one in a million. Rest in eternal peace, dear friend.

A shocking and profound loss. Ted was extraordinarily kind and generous to me. I am so sorry we will no longer see that wonderful smiling boyish face AND those seersucker suits. Deepest sympathies to Michael.

Very sorry to hear of Ted's death. We were law school classmates, and I remember him as gentlemanly, archly humorous, scholarly and universally well-liked. We will always remember you, Steadman! Rest in peace.

Shocked and saddened to hear of Ted's passing. I've known Ted for over 20 years and consider him a true friend. He was such a good guy. Kind, generous and funny. My deepest sympathies to Michael and rest of his family.
