Stephanie, was like a daughter to me and the pain that the family felt, i felt as well. She was to me a very gentle soul and a very giving person!! I love her very much and miss her the same!! God Bless all in her house!

Its almost been a year, I still wait for the phone to ring everyday, it still dosn't seem real, I keep asking why you, you were my only sister and my best friend, I'm lost without you.I guess your with mom now I know you missed her, but I miss both of you.I know we will all meet again one day, I miss and love you so much.

From the moment I met you, I liked you! I loved your laugh and your smile. I loved that you geniunely cared for your daughters and no matter how difficult the decision, you always did what was best for them. I miss you calling me and saying my whole name and following it up with "this is Stephanie Wood". You were a great person. I still cry to this day when I think of you. I'm glad for the time that I had to get to know you. I have great memories and not so great memories but all of them make me smile. You are greatly missed and I know one day we will meet again. Until that time, I pray that you continue to look down on your girls and your sister. Protect them and guide them. Thank you for the memories.

I can't put it in words on how sorry i am for your loss. I could only imagine the pain and suffering i would be feeling if anyone in my family past away, especially my Mom or Son. I have many, many outrageous memories of spending time with Stephanie throughout our teenage years. She was a beautiful person inside and out and made me laugh like no other! I have always cherished those memories and often thought about her over the years. I am deeply saddened by her passing thinking about her life cut short, her beautiful children, as well as her sister Hope and the rest of the family. I hadn't seen or spoken to Stephanie in a number of years, yet I know she was deeply loved. One thing that stands out, even after all these years, is a childhood slumber party and walking to school through the woods for Field Day at Hollymead. My heart aches for those who daily loved her so dearly.
