Dr. Stephen Bruce Berman

I can´t believe it´s been three years since Stephen´s death. All I can say is that he made the world a better place in his lifetime. I am grateful to have been one of his patients. I wish him and his loved ones peace.

I am so sad to hear of Dr. Berman’s passing. He truly practiced by the hippocratic oath and went above and beyond to help his patients. He treated me with the utmost respect, propriety and care and I will never forget him. He was a gentle and kind soul who was an altruistic healer. He will be greatly missed and I hope he rests in peace.

In my experience, Dr. Berman was the best chiropractor in the Austin area. I might have had one better in Amarillo in 1979. He could lift my legs and find my pain and figure out where to make the adjustment. I always left Dr. Berman's office feeling better.

I just heard the news about Steve's passing & I am heartbroken, because it was way too soon, especially for someone so knowledgeable about & committed to good health. He was a family friend when Jack & I lived in his neighborhood & we were raising our sons together. There was no more devoted father than he was. I'll always remember him for having a wonderful scientific mind, for being so committed to his profession, for his love for nature, organic gardening & going to the Kerrville Folk Festival, & for being a kind & caring friend for many years. I LOVE this picture of him. He will be missed.

I am grateful to have met Dr. Stephen. He was always welcoming, warm and authentic. I believe he was a person who successfully synthesized his expertise with his deeply caring and giving heart. It is rare to find a practitioner like Dr. Stephen dedicated to healing his patients' pain and teaching others about the history and true purpose of chiropractic care. This is a loss for the community and for the Chiropractic profession. My mother and I will always remember Dr. Stephen for his kindness, sense of humor and integrity. Rest In Peace Dr. Stephen. I send my loving and healing thoughts to his children and family.

Steve was a healer, and I certainly wish other chiropractors would have/could have learned from him and could care the way Steve cared about helping people. What a HUGE loss of life, a real character that truly helped a ton of people in pain. He helped me so many times when I hurt. My condolences to his family and friends.
Dr. Steve, you will be missed by so many folks. You were the best damned chiropractor this area will ever know. I shall miss you greatly.

He worked so hard to help me have less pain and when I was really low on money he accepted a print of a flower I had made in exchange for a chiropractic treatment. Steve was so unique and completely committed to helping people out of their pain. I am very sad to hear of his passing.

He was a fantastic man.
