To The Family of Steve Chick As I was looking through the unfortunate notices here. Yes I say the unfortunate notices because when family memebers ..friends.. that were close to us pass on. So when I seen Steves name I was unfortunatly to hear about his passing. I knew Steve from working at Van Dorn. He was a very hard worker who took his job seriously and diligently. At the same time he would bring his Steves sense of humor to the job. So if you were having a so so day his humor would brighten it up. The inportant thing as Pastor Dr Erwin Lutzer from Moody Chuch in Chicago. He did a Sermon series called Nothing Really Matters. Those Sermons had to do with getting to Heaven. So if we do God's Will and His Works. We will see all our past loved ones who gone on before us and see Steve again. Also my dad who passed on in Sept 1976 his name was Stephen also. I am so looking forward to see him also even after all these years have passed. Tom Buccier Reidsville North Carolina.

A dear uncle and godfather to many of us. Uncle Steve was a very caring, loving and kind person. He had a love, respect and devotion to our Aunt Marie that you hardly ever hear of anymore. A true gentleman who really knew how to dance a waltz and enjoy life. He will be remembered with very fond memories. With love, prayers and sincere sympathy, your niece,

I always had great respect for Steve as a fine person, a dedicated and skilled associate at Van Dorn Co. His willingness to help everyone was a reflection on his kind personality. Enjoyed his company at gatherings and the fun he generated with his wit. God Bless and keep you Steve, our privilege to have you as a part of our lives. John

May I extend our condolences to Marie. Steve was a fine Catholic gentleman, an example for all of us to follow. Always a good time to be around. He will be missed, but always remembered.
