CARIBOU - Stephen Lawrence Corrigan, 52, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Eastern Maine Medical Center. He was born on April 21, 1962 in Berlin, NH, the son of Carolyn Corrigan-Wayne.

He graduated from Caribou High School in 1980, where he was very active in athletics. He was passionate about baseball at a young age and became a stellar baseball player, and a great athlete. Steve has been a lifelong Red Sox fan. Throughout his life he has worked in various positions dealing with the public. Steve worked many years as a locksmith in Northern Maine, servicing Aroostook County. Steve's favorite past time was spending time with his boys, Ryan and Kyle as well as his grandchildren, Owen, Quinn, and Lydia. He enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping. He also enjoyed coaching his sons little league teams and watching their games throughout their athletic careers.

Steve is survived by his two sons, Ryan Corrigan and his Wife Ginny of Caribou; Kyle Corrigan and his girlfriend Jamie Martin of Caribou; his longtime girlfriend Anna Caron, of Caribou; his mother Carolyn Corrigan-Wayne of Florida; grandmother Louise Birt, brothers Scott and Shawn, all of Florida; his three grandchildren, Owen, Quinn and Lydia, of Caribou; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and other friends.

Kyle, Ryan and family, I was very sorry to hear about Steve. We worked for many years at the Shop N Save and had a lot of laughs. Hannaford softball tournaments were very entertaining. Steve made all of us look bad, what a player!! Rest in peace my friend, Rick, Katie, Dayna, & Simone
