I met Dibble while he was working at the Crazy Bull in Macon, GA. I didn't meet him at the bar, but at my pawn shop. I learned very quick that Dibble was quite an interesting person. He taught me a lot about all things music equipment and stage production. He would always ask me to come down to the bar to check out his newest addition to the stage, whether it be drum riser that rose and lowered with the push of a button to stage lights that he fabricated from whatever he could find or just new equipment he was excited about. He also was an avid RC plane and car enthusiast. His knowledge of RC equipment was vast. He also was a skilled carpenter. We spent several hours walking through the Crazy Bull with him showing me all the things that he had built by hand. The "guitar" bar was impressive but I was most impressed with the tool boxes he had built by hand to suite his needs. Whether it be a RC plane lost in the trees and a homeless person helping to retrieve it or stories of traveling the road with numerous bands, Dibble was alway good for a story. Dibble had a heart of gold and will be truly missed.

Dibble!
You got me into audio, being my first bands sound guy, invited me to work with you which kicked off my double digit career in audio, I still listen to the recordings we made at HHS because you were taking studio class there. We did a-lot of gigs together. I showed up driving a bus to the Tootsies FL launch! I figured you would be around forever. RIP Steve.
