STEPHEN WAYNE DUGGINS Stephen Wayne Duggins, 66, died on July 20, 2015. He was a resident of Red Bluff for 26 years. He was survived by his wife, Dana of 29 years; Children Bruce Duggins of Wyoming; Chandra Duggins of Oregon, Wesley Duggins, and Terra Duggins, both of Red Bluff, CA, Caryn Mofield,16, Paiton Mofield,14, Kaytlyn Smith, 12, Austyn Duggins, 10, Civic Mancuso-Duggins, 8, and Andrew Duggins, 8; sisters, Glenda Bailey and Joyce Brock, both of Bakersfield, CA, and his brother Roy Duggins of Red Bluff, CA. Stephen had 8 nieces and nephews, 23 great nieces and nephews and 6 great-great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Frances and Roy Duggins. Services will be at Calvary Chapel, on Saturday at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that cards and donations be sent to the Duggins Family, 1645 Alvord Place, Red Bluff, CA to assist his wife with expenses.
