Thank you for the honour of being an older brother, a loyal friend and one of your trusted executors. In the last two months, I have really come to understand the kind of person that you had evolved into. WELL DONE!! You make me so very proud of you ... in fact I would say that you have made us all proud! Thank you for creating your wonderful days! Thank you for the teachings about what a positive attitude can really accomplish. Thank you for being you. Awesome!!



As I still understand it, your family and friends all miss you and yet we all truly understand that you have been "called home".

This is to let you know that we had a nice memorial service in Hawkesbury, Ontario (Stephen's birthplace) today (March 4th)for Stephen. A lot of family and friends attended.

The internment will be held at Cassburn Cemetary near Hawkesbury on May 20th.

You were my best friend for 15 years and helped me so much when my brother Bruce was killed in 2004. You were one of the very first people I could be totally honest with. I still think you won the snoring contests we had when we slept in the same room for 2 years!

I guess we wont be buying the house together afterall but you're welcome to visit any time.



Of all people I know who totally turned their lives around, you were one of the ones who made the most improvement. You touched so many lives and will continue to inspire me. I'm glad you invited me on you first flying lesson on your birthday last year.

Our sincerest condolences to you Arthur and all of your family. Although I never had the pleasure of meeting Stephen, I do remember your talking of him so fondly. God Bless Him, and God Bless Us All, Everyone.

It is with great sadness we say goodbye to a dear friend. Stephen was a wonderful role model, and inspiration to my son Colin as he helped to baptize him into the church. We will remember him always.

I was so very sorry to hear the news of Stephen's passing from Kathy McPhee. I am thinking of you all at this time.

We had a lot of laughs over the years, and your smile will certainly be missed! I'm sorry you had to go so soon. It doesn't seem fair. But at least you are home now, in joy and peace. Rest well, Steve. We love you and miss you and will see you again.
