Thinking about you today Tim, and missing you more than ever!

One of his traits was humility when deserved. We were on the flightline in Muskat Oman, no uniforms or flightsuits allowed. We got our preflight started and we slid into our flight suits and Tim went to enter the flight planning office with his flight vest on and all of a sudden he had multiple auto weapons pointed at his head as he was forced to the ground. They thought he was a suicide bomber... he came back to the plane so horribly embarrassed. No one dared laugh. His time spent with the family of the Shah didn't clue him in on such things.

A true gentleman/gentle man - we worked with Tim on many projects, especially the Dublin/San Jose Sister City program. For many reasons, he always stood out in a crowd - especially with that shock of white hair!

What a gentleman and interesting individual. We shared a car pool ride in 2014 during the Sister City program trip and the conversation has remained with me to this day. A truly unique personable and decent man. He will be missed by all fortunate enough to have known him. Rest well Tim.

Was a fantastic Commanding Officer of VP-47. Flew with him several times as a flight engineer in Japan deployment. It was an Honor and a privilege to fly with him. Saw him as the Commanding Officer at Moffett Field before I retired from the Navy. It's a great lost to loose such a great man in this world. God bless him in his future journey. Respectfully, Speedy Girdner

I'll never forget all the wonderful memories we shared and the incredible guidance you provided me over the years Tim. The world has lost an amazing soul, and I've lost an irreplaceable friend. I will take the mantle on the projects we started together and keep them alive in your honor... now, it's time for you to fly with the angels!
