Stephen Cary Scott, age 65, of Russellville, Ky., passed away Sunday, Aug. 2, 2015, in the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.
Stephen was born in Logan County, Ky. on Aug. 10, 1949, to the late George T. and Mary Catherine Bailey Scott.
He was a Baptist, a Vietnam Army veteran, retired from Bilt-Rite where he worked as a foreman and quality specialist.
Stephen is survived by his son, Greg Scott (Shelly) of Auburn, Ky.; his daughter, Crystal Holder (Glenn) of Russellville, Ky.l his brother, Terry Scott (Pam) of Russellville, Ky.; his sister, Anita Dawson of Spring, Texas; seven grandchildren; two nieces, and two nephews.
Funeral services for Stephen Cary Scott will be conducted Thursday, Aug. 6 at 2 p.m. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Brother Walter Evitts and Brother David Youngblood officiating. Burial to follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin Wednesday, Aug. 5 from 5:-8 p.m. in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel and Thursday, Aug. 6 from 8 a.m. until funeral time at 2 p.m.

So very sorry to hear of Steve passing away. We were in 1967 graduating class at RHS. He was a fine young man. Prayers for the family.
