So sorry to here of this sad news. May the Lord bless you with peace.

Steve has been coaching Ashlyn and Kensey for over 8 years and they have always loved being on his team. His genuine love and caring for them always made them try their best for him. Not only was he their coach, he was their friend and the loss they feel is immense. Robert and I are also heartbroken by the loss of one of our favorite friends. We always spent our time together at tournaments and eating out together was our common ritual. To lose not only such a close friend but to know that Kim, Trevor, and Mallory are having to go through this makes this situation so difficult. We love you all and have you in our constant prayers! I know that we have never met but I want you to know that I am so very sorry for your loss. Although all my memories of "Stevie" are as a child I feel a closeness of heart that is possible between cousins...now that heart is breaking for you. I send you prayers for comfort during the difficult days and months ahead and much love. The pictures are wonderful and I sat and cried as I saw Steve's life unfold before my eyes. I can see what an awesome man he was, taken from us all far too soon. Please take care of each other, now and always.
