I was so sorry to just learn of the passing of Steve. Please accept my sympathies for this most difficult time.

Our sympathy, love, hugs, and prayers go out to Nancy and the whole Chmielewski family. Steven was a wonderful guy and was always there for those he could help. Rest in peace Steve.

I remember Steve as a considerate and kindly neighbor in Wallingford several decades ago. It saddens me to learn that he left us too soon. He was a wonderful person.

Dear Nancy it's been years since I spoke to you but I know how much you loved Steve and how he changed your life. So sorry for your loss. Prayers go out to you, Mark and his family.

i was one of the people who helped care for steve and it was such a joy and privilege doing so and getting to know him he was such a great guy and i will miss him!!!! RIP steve

We will miss you so much. You had a special way about you that made all feel comforted. Your love of animals and willingness to save them was wonderful. A new angel is born!

I was Steves nurse for a few years. He and Nancy are two of the finest people that i have ever met. It was such a joy and a privilege to care for him and i will miss him, "french toast Friday" and walks with him and nancy at the trail very much

I worked with Steve for many years at SNET and found Steve to be perfect Gentleman and a great person to work with. Steve endured more than most and I am sure he will now rest in peace.

Nancy and the Chmielewski family, Steve was such a special friend to our family. We had some wonderful memories that we will cherish. He was a brave and courageous man throughout his life. God bless!
