I grew up with my cousins Steve and Patrice. We were only months apart in age. We were the 3 Musketeers. We spent every holiday and most Sundays together at Grandma´s, the farm or our house. We had a secret club, a clubhouse and our own place in Grandma´s basement. Steve and Patrice were able to make and build anything, including the car Steve built, which continues to amaze me. Our roots run deep as Musketeers and I will always cherish our time together.

With a heavy heart, It just seems way too early to be writing my condolences and special memories of Steve. When Steve married our sister, Kathy, he immediately fit right in, and put up with all the crazy antics of her 4 brothers and 3 sisters, and their families. I loved how he laughed at even my silly jokes! He welcomed us with open arms for many family traditional picnics, holiday gatherings, and to their beautiful homes, including the farm, and the lake house in Presque Isle. He was such an intelligent, kind, caring and soft spoken human being. His involvement in many groups and causes reflects his compassion for fellow human beings. A special memory of Steve that stands out in my mind, is that when each of his three boys was born, it was Steve, who gave them their very first sponge bath... so gentle, so caring....... He was a wonderful husband, father and brother in law to all of us, and we feel sincerely Blessed to have had him in our lives, and thank God for him. We know without a doubt he was met by Jesus, who, exclaimed, "Well Done, Faithful Servant!" Rest in Heavenly peace Steve, where there is no more pain, tears, we all look forward to seeing you again for eternity...that's a long time to put up with us again Steve!!! Till we meet again.
