I know it´s late, but, as they say, better late than never. I want to express my deepest condolences to Steve Garfield´s family, friends, pets and to the many whose lives he touched. I´m a big fan of `Parking Wars´ and always loved the episodes with Steve and Sherry. They were like an old married couple. Steve seemed like a special guy whose life had meaning and significance. Most sincere sympathy to Steve's family and friends, I didn't realize he passed but I enjoyed watching him in TV for many years including his retirement some years ago. His personality was fun and enjoyable, and his job was entertaining because of it but he also made it interesting and educational. I'm sorry for your loss since you knew his true self and it must have been amazing. Please know it was so fun to know what we saw on TV and thanks for sharing him with all of us.

Like many others, I discovered Garfield on Parking Wars. I was a Day 1 fan and have probably re-watched all of the seasons at least a half of dozen times over the years. It never gets old and always entertaining. In a recent rewatch I found out Garfield passed away. RIP from an OG parking wars fan. A joy to have watched you over the years

I didn´t learn of his passing until today after doing a google search of all the cast members. "Mr. Gadget" I think my favorite episode was when it was pouring down rain he looks so miserable that he was cracking me up with the way he was handling that traffic line that came down the road. My favorite episode was Sherry every single one......"oh Garfield"
So to Steve Garfield's family to Sherry and the whole Philadelphia parking authority it is a sad sad morning for me. At least he got to enjoy his retirement for 6 years with loved ones and family and it's just sad makes me want to cry.

I and my hubby were watching parking wars,today.
I said to him I wonder were Garfield and Sherry are doing? I learned that he retired in 2015. Then the obituary showed up and learned about his passing .
