Dear Cindy and Family,
Lisa and I are deeply sorry for your loss. Steve was one of my dearest friends, and over the years we shared so many unforgettable moments together. Meeting Steve at Bay Pointe was the beginning of countless rounds of golf, endless laughs, and yes - more than a few drinks.
He had a sharp mind, a strong spirit, and a way of sharing his thoughts that always made you think - even if the topic seemed completely random. Steve never shied away from a good conversation, always trying to understand both sides, and he never missed a chance to teach you something along the way.
In his later years, he showed tremendous strength and resilience. He faced his challenges head-on and never gave up - just like he never stopped chasing that one perfect golf club that he was sure would fix his game. That was Steve - hopeful, determined, and always up for the next round.
To many of us, Steve was the perfect kind of friend - honest, loyal, funny, and full of heart. The memories we shared will stay with us forever, and we´ll carry them with us every time we step onto the course or raise a glass in his honor.
We love you, buddy.
With all our love and sympathy,
Michael & Lisa Clevenger

Steve was always a delight - when we were growing up and thereafter. I will always remember him as kind, caring, and generous in spirit. My memory of his smile and smiling eyes will endure.

So sorry for your loss! He was a unique person even in high school with his antics.
Kept in touch with him at reunions and through FB . He loved the Colorado mountains in the fall. He was a sensitive, caring person... I could go on and on. I will miss him greatly.

We met in first grade-day one, and we´re brothers from then on. Nobody could have been a better friend-loyal and trustworthy, and he always had my back. It wasn´t easy for him growing up. In high school one night I heard a tapping on my bedroom window. The clock said 2 am. I opened the window and Steve climbed in. We whispered for a while as he pretended he was there to see me. Then he asked if my Mom was up. Now I knew why he´d come. I said I´d go see, and I woke my mom up, and she took Steve to the kitchen and talked to him for two hours. Then he rode his bike home and snuck back into his house. Next time he came, I opened the window for him and went straight in and woke Mom. He needed someone to talk to. He was my Mom´s favorite, and mine too. Rest easy, Harry. I miss you.
