Living in Florida now and wish I had more time I could of spent with Steve. Saw him at family events and the short time was always memorable. Much love and blessings to the family. Kathy

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies to Steve's family. I had only known him for about a year when he joined the Pega Family and was honored to work with him. He was a sincere and caring man - he loved his family so much. We are all better for knowing him.

Steve was one of the most interesting people I have ever known. If there was a family gathering that he was aware of you could count on him showing up. Diane and I were always happy to see him. He could talk for hours on almost any subject from science and engineering to history, music and sports. He was a true Renaissance man. They are rare these days. His loss has left a void in our hearts.

What a shock.....We had quite a lot of fun and good times at Harrison Community league baseball. Thanks Steve for helping me in baseball and being an umpire. RIP my friend.

When Steve came to Japan, we traveled together in Hakone. You brought a lot of Valentine chocolates made by your family.

Steve was a great friend. He and shared many funny moments together. I enjoyed working with him, he had a wonderful since of humor. His out look on life was unique and refreshing. He was a devoted father.
He will be deeply missed!

Steve was great friend, co-worker, and father. Almost daily he would share a story about his kids - Katherine, Simon, and Samuel. It was very apparent that he loved them deeply. They were his pride and joy and at the center of his life.

My prayers are with you and your family.

Steve and I spent a few years coaching baseball together and his baseball knowledge was only second to his love for the kids. Steve gave those kids his knowledge and his love. A good guy all around we remained friends even after the boys had grown up. Steve you will be missed.

Steve was a very warm and genuine person, who believed in working together. Always smiling and willing to support his team members, looking to resolve problems. Had many a dinner together and shared stories. He will be missed - Srinivas Vadlamani

Sending hugs to Steve's family. I am so sorry for your loss. Steve was a wonderful colleague and a new friend who I really enjoyed getting to know. My last interaction with him was at our Pega CES Detroit event in September where he sat on a panel with our clients. He, of course, shined bright that day. May his memory be a blessing. I had the opportunity to work with Steve this year in Chicago. He was an extremely warm person and very nice and helpful. I have very fond memories of the brief time we worked together and am really sorry for your loss. May God rest his soul in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss this breaks my heart. He was always so nice and helpful in church and with our youth group.

I worked with Steve for over 15 years at Toyota. He was one of the most intelligent people I've ever known. He loved Heavy Metal, writing, White Castle, the Reds, Germanic and Japanese cultures, and most importantly his family. He had an unmistakable laugh. He attended my 30th birthday party and later my wedding. He gave me terrific advice on being a father that I now pass on. He made a difference in my life and the lives of others. Steve, my friend, you will be missed.

This was my son, whom I loved with my whole heart. Never was any son, anywhere, loved as much. He was a good man, a great dad, and the best son God could ever have given to me

Though we did not see each other very often my times we did meet were memorable. My condolences to your family and know your father must be heartbroken he loved you very much.
