Steven Richard Hunt

Hi. I worked with Steve for 8 years at Second Harvest, he was actually one of the first good friends I made there. When he was on light duty we worked together at the front desk and had many great conversations. Shared lots of laughs. He was the kind of person who would go out of his way to help you, even if you didn´t ask. He spoke highly of his family and friends, and loved the simple things in life. He had a gentleness about him, and I missed talking to him once I left Second Harvest. Rest in peace, friend.

Hello family and friends of Steven,

I just wanted to share that I was always greeted warmly by Steven in breakroom or around the warehouse at Second Harvest Heartland over the years that we worked together. We were not close, in fact I don´t think he even knew me by name, but I really felt saddened when I heard about his passing because I knew he was a good person by the experiences I had interacting with him around the office. He will be missed, and I´m grateful for the opportunity to have gotten to work with him.
