Steven Kratzenberg Obituary
Steven was a '97 graduate of Minford High School and worked most of his professional career as a welder alongside his father at M&J Welding, later known as SFI. He was known for his generosity, thoughtfulness, and willingness to help friends and family at a moment's notice. Although he had no biological children of his own, Steven loved spending time with his family and helped to raise his many nieces and nephews. He was an avid reader and enjoyed watching television, films, and gaming.
He is preceded in death by his father, Stephen Kratzenberg, and his grandparents, John and Eula Kratzenberg and Edward and Billie Adkins. Steven is survived by his mother Kathy (David) Salyer; sisters, Linda Brown, Missy (Rick) Hinkle, and Rachel (Stormy) Dunlap-Justice; brother, Daniel (Sarah) Kratzenberg, and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the American Legion Post 23, located at 705 Court Street, on Saturday, January 7, 2023, from 4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. Family and friends are welcome to attend. I will always miss my precious nephew, seems like only yesterday you were running underneath our feet but now here you are running on ahead of us to Heaven, so like you to check things out first for your mom I know we will see you soon precious one so watch for the rest of the family to walk thru the gates of pearl we will be looking for you also, Bless you sweetheart.Love always.
