Time passes too quickly. I think of Steve often. I would like to correct the mistake in my previous message. Steve was an extraordinary individual! The last time we spoke, I was 25 feet up a tree hunting. Our phone calls lasted a minimum of an hour that also passed too quickly. Since retiring I hired as a crane inspector. A year ago this month I inspected his old machine in Chicago. It brought back a lot of memories. Steve is and will always be missed by all who knew him. Steve my friend, rest in peace!

Steve was a very good hearted man and I will miss him dearly. I could always count on him when we worked together. He was the kind of guy who would help anyone a true idol for a lot of people. My deepest condolences for the family. I know his optimistic way of looking at life will be missed.

Debbie, I was so sad to hear about your loss. I did not know him when he got older, but as a youth he was very well liked. From what I understand, he was a fighter and was able to be with his family a little longer. I know that you are a believer in Christ as I am. His healthy, perfect painless body is now with the Lord. God bless!

Dear Famiy, Words seem inadequate to express the sadness Mark and I feel at Steves passing. He will always be our childhood friend that had a wonderful sense of humor and an infectious laugh. Death leaves a heartache that no one can heal, but love leaves memories that no one can steal. I feel blessed to have those memories.
