Steven Ramer Obituary
Steve and Brenda were college sweethearts. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 1981, they married and moved to Boulder for Steve's job as an electrical engineer, and later as a software designer, with IBM. Steve was very proud of his three sons, Steve, Peter, and Jesse Ramer, of Boulder. Steve loved Jesus and lived his life in anticipation of the day he would see him face-to-face. Along with his love for his family, Steve's greatest joys were the IBM Bible Study and leading the Alpha Course for Crestview Church where he and his family worshiped with dear friends. While we are sad that he is gone from us, we are glad for him to be home with Christ, whom he loved and served with his whole heart and life.
Steve is survived by his wife, Brenda; three sons, Steve, Peter, and Jesse; father, William Ramer; and his brother, John (and Melissa) Ramer, of Mundelein, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his mother, AnnaMary Ramer.
The Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 6th at First Presbyterian Church, 1820 15th Street, Boulder. A reception will be held following the service.

Hello Brenda, Steve, Peter and Jesse,
We send to you our deepest sympathy and heartfelt care at this time. What a journey this has all been. Steve has truly touched so many lives and has made such contibutions to his community and friends. We feel fortunate and thankful for the times we have shared in laughter and lightness with all of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
