Steven Smith

It was Irish Wolfhounds that originally brought us into Steve and Jen's orbit but it was their open home , warmth and friendship that kept us coming back for nights out by the fire. It was Steve who got me back into playing drums. I played when I was in my teens but gave it up except for steering wheel drumming while I was in the car. He brought out his hand drums when we would come over to his home to hang out and I started playing again in my late 50s. I now have a rather large collection of hand drums and a kit as well. Since I left Tucson and moved to CO and then to PA I have played in 4 different bands and jammed on many occasions with various musicians. I love drumming, it feeds my soul and I will always have Steve to thank for making that happen in my life. Happy trails my friend wherever you are!
