Steven Mark Williams

06/04/04 - I just learned of Steve's death from a classmate. Steve was one of my most special friends from junior high to high school and beyond. His presence brought out characteristics and love in me that no one else saw during the high school years. I love that I could never say hello or goodbye without a big hug and a kiss on the forehead. :)I regret missing the last few years of his life and regret not knowing of his passing to give my condolences. I know the death of Steve will cause a void in many lifes; mine for one. His family is in our prayers. God bless.

I just wanted to say that I am so sorry. It makes me very sad to hear that such a nice sweet person is gone. I didnt know steve very well but what I did know I liked he was a really funny guy. I hope his family and friends are all doing well. maria lopez

It has been a long time but I wanted to tell you that Stevie Lives on in me forever because I have thought about our trip to bear lake with the old gang me ,stevie,tim,ashley, and Jeremey, that is one of my favorite memories, Stevie will live as long as i do!!!!Love Brian

When Craig wrote to me about your son, Steven, I was so sad and broken hearted for you and your family. I remember little Amy, and now your son...it seems too much to bear. I remember Steven as a little boy at Grandmother's in Burley at the Memorial Day gatherings. I know he was Maureen's special guy, and he was your Mom's oldest grandchild, after Amy, of course, so I know your whole family is hurting terribly. I have read the obituary, and it was beautifully written and gave a dear tribute to the really good parts of his life as son, father, and friend. You know, I have loved you girls all these years. You were all growing up while we still lived in Utah, and we visited your home often. Bruce like to bring our two families together. I missed that when we moved to Idaho, as we didn't see you so often. Now, my most recent memory of you is almost two years ago, at Grandmother's funeral, and I was so glad to see you then. Now how much has happened since. May you be blessed and sustained by good memories, love of family and friends, your own inner strength, and God's love for you and your family. I pray for you, Amber, your grandchildren, and everyone else who has been so personally touched by Steven's life and death.

Melodee.... There are no words to say when one experiences such an overwhelming loss. You have always been the "Rock". Your strength has always been the admiration of those close to you. May God hold you in his arms as us who care so much for you carry you in our hearts.

I am so sorry. When I heard the news I finally understood the saying, "My heart aches for you." It seems some of our children just come into this world with a little more pain and face a few more challenges. We know Steve was a light in your life. Nothing can change that. I also know that God gave Steve one very special thing to help in his struggles. That was you. Through the years, I have had hundreds of co-workers and I am most sincere when I say none of them can top you as a Mom. Your children are loved better than any I know. I won't tell you to take care of Amber because that is like breathing for you. I know Steve has found peace and hope that peace will be yours.

I was so shocked to learn of Steve's death. Everyone that knew him has truly lost someone special. You didn't need to know Steve very long to realize why people loved to be around him - he just made everyone feel so good with his smile and easy-going personality. More than anything, he loved his daughters and would just light up when he talked about them. I will miss seeing him around town and will always remember him as the caring, loving, special man that he was. My condolences to his family. I am so sorry for your loss.

My son, Jared, called from California today to tell me about what happened to his very good friend Steven. Jared is overwhelmed by the loss, and he pointed out what a great guy your son was.

My friends Karlee,Rachel and I met Steve when we were thirteen. He and Jamie Smith used to hang out all the time. We had so many fun times... He was always so happy and His smile was so cute,even if you were angry with him he would just smile and you forgave him.As we entered high school we didn't talk as much but anytime we would run into each other he was always so nice... I am very sorry for your loss,Steve was a great person with a big heart. I Wish your family the best!!

You may not remember me but I used to live next door to the west of you, I have 2 boys Tommy and Travis and Steve used to tend my boys for me. Tommy has kept in touch with Steve through his job at the mall. He is very upset and saddend with this great loss as am I.
