Steven Douglas Woolley

One of my fondest memories of Steve was the night he and a group of frat brothers (including me) managed to run his sailboat aground in Mobile Bay. Despite being surrounded by a bunch of bozos, Steve managed to right the ship and get us home safely. There will not come a day when he wont be missed.

Betty and Family, Steve and I were friends at Frederick please accept my condolences on his passing. I thought the world of Steve and will miss him. Steve and you all are in my thoughts and prayers. RIP Steve.

Raymond and I were so sorry to hear about Steve. He made us smile and laugh. He was genuine and kind, a true gift. We will never forget him. Betty, we will pray for you for strength in the days to come.

Betty I was so sorry to learn of Steve's passing, my thoughts and prayers immediately went out to you and Steve. I think the finest thing I can say about Steve is he was genuinely one of the good guys, always had a smile and just seemed to be happy wherever he was at the time. His kindness should be an example for everyone, he will be missed.

I’m a richer man for having been a friend and brother of Steve. One of the greatest, such a wonderful man. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints. You damn right he’s gonna be missed.

My sincere condolences to Betty and all of the family. Steve was my fraternity brother and we had many wonderful times together. His smile was unique and he had a great dry wit. You could always count on Steve to come up with a very thoughtful comment that brought joy and laughter to his friends. May he Rest in Peace as he is now in the hands of God! We will surely miss him!

Steve was a great person to be around. Always smiling and cheerful. I can never remember seeing him with a frown on his face.

I am going to miss Steve. Such a wonderful gentleman and always greet me with a smile. I enjoyed getting to know him while playing pickleball and often shared stories of sailing. May God bless you and your family this time of grief.

I didn’t know Steve very long, but I liked him from the very first time we met. Visiting with him weekly at Pickleball was such a pleasure. He was truly a kind soul with a very warm demeanor. Like me, I’m sure many will always miss and fondly remember Steve Woolley. God Bless him and his family.
