Steven and I were not likely as close as many of the other people here, but in my short time knowing him, he stood out to as one of the kindest and most loyal, stand-up men I´ve ever met. He had my back during a particularly rough situation, only shortly after having met him. My deepest condolences to the Zhang family, I wish you nothing but the best and to know how much of an impact his kindness has had on others, even those that did not know him closely. Steven will forever be in my memory.

Steven was such a warm and kind soul. Most of my memories of him are from our senior year of college, when he'd come to hang out on our patio and spend time with his friends (including Zhora) who lived next door. He always had great style and could often be spotted in his leather motorcycle jacket swinging in the hammock on our patio, overlooking the ocean.
One nice memory I have of him is a few months after graduating in 2019, when a few of us (me, Maisha, Marlon, Dhamen, Steven) went to Manhattan Beach in the evening to hang out and get food. We tossed around a football and just soaked in the sunset. I hope he's at peace, and I hope he knows he is loved and missed. My sincerest condolences to the Zhang family.

I didn't have to many interactions with Steven but when I did they were all incredibly welcoming, warm, and bright. Steven carried an inexplicable pleasing aura that brought people together. My deepest condolences to his family, as I keep them all in my prayers.

Steven was one of my closest and most reliable friends in College.
I will forever remember him as a respectable and upstanding guy. He always made sure people felt included around him and tried to be someone who got along with everyone; and he succeeded in doing that.
I struggle to think of a trait of his that I didn't like. If you needed him, he was there for you no questions asked. You could count on him to tell you the truth. He was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed by a lot of people. My heartfelt condolences go out to the family.

Steven Zhang,
A person who was always considerate of others. A person who brought a smile to many faces. A person who will be strongly missed and irreplaceable. Someone who can´t be defined by words alone.
Big love, and peaceful wishes.

Steven always had my back and was always looking after everyone wherever he´d go. I´ll never forget about the gestures and kindness Steven has always shown me. It was a blessing being able to be his friend in college and then coworker in LA. I´m grateful for all the memories I´ve had with Steven. He will truly be very missed.

I remember Steven and I playing football on the beach in Santa Monica, we´d get Japanese hot dogs on the pier.
He was such a great friend. I remember he gave my friend and I a motorcycle ride so we can feel the thrill he felt whenever he was on it.
It was such a treat hanging out with Steven, he will be truly missed.
