I still miss and think about you all the time, Big Steve. Wish you were here.

There are times when this tragedy comes to mind and I feel so sorry for your loss. Some things are impossible to talk about, but know your friends are always there for you.

Lisa, Lee, Cody, Jon, and Jess you all are in my prayers and I know things are hard right now! Steve had his whole future ahead of him and it all ended so fast as soon as things started looking up! Lets let his music live on and never forget the person that he was! He created many wonderful memories that all of us will never forget for as long as we live! I will never forget anything that he has done or accomplished may his dream live on! Rest In Peace Pit! My prayers go out to you guys!

I also was not acquainted with Mr. Zorn or his family. I listened to a sample song of his, and he was very talented.



I do not know if the Zorn family believes in God. I do. I believe that Mr. Zorn is in a good place now. He is looking down on his family, smiling, happy that his mother is using this to shine the spotlight on gun violence.

I didn't know Steven Zorn.I was reading thorugh the newspapers to find out news for a school project when I came apon the article of Steven Zorn. I was very sorrowful of what happened. I was also scared that someone made up such of this weapon. Steven and the Zorn family, you're in my prayers.

I know neither Steven nor the family, but was touched after reading his obituary. I believe he's at peace now, free from all cares, all worries, all pain -- surrounded by love. I offer my sincere sympathy to his family.

I read the article in DaytonDaily News Sunday. I have never heard of a "pen gun" and your awareness has brought concerns. So sorry for your loss. You are right when you say we are not supppose to bury our children, they are suppose to bury us. I would sign anything in the matter of awareness in the use and selling of these pen guns. My young son has his life plans of rapping one day and I felt I was reading about my son. Steve sounds like he was a bright and intelligent young man. I am so sorry to hear about Steven. I grew up with him just living around the corner for years. He was a good friend to me growing up. I only wish we would not have lost contact. You have my condolences

Although I did not know Steven and do not know your family, I wanted to send my condolences. I am originally from Troy and although I am 38 yrs. old, I appreciate music of all kinds. I listened to the sample song from Dayton Daily News site and quickly realized how talented steven was. I am an RN who works at Miami Valley Hospital (not in the ICU department) on a unit where death is usually expected. I work on a unit with cancer patients but my patients are usually alot older than Steven was. It's always hard to see the family deal with a loved ones death in my cancer patients. I cannot imagine how hard this must be for all of you. He was so young and had so much of life to look forward to. He was a small town kid making a name for himself. I will keep you all in my prayers and thoughts.

I came from Illinois and am now living in California, I was looking up someone from the Obituaries because I hadn't seen them in YIM for a while and I ran across this story about your son, there isn't any words that can bring him back, nor any words that can say how deeply sorry I am for your loss, I can say this, if you and your family believe in God, this is where you need Him most, although it may not seem like it, it is.Ask God to give you the Strength and Comfort that you need, ask Him to give you the peace and Serenity also, and your prayers will be answered.

we will miss steven..i know we didnt talk much but we had our times.. me, him and amanda had fun times buggin each other all summer long, and its hard going on without him, but no one will ever forget the one and only Mr Pit. love you guys!

Steven is in better hands now of the lord. I knew steven very well and got close to steve fast. Was helping produce his cd and all. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and I miss him so much already. Steven if you can see or hear me, your music will continue on.
