Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I had only been with Mr. Bates a very short time ...he was truly an amazing man ...I enjoyed all the conversations we shared and especially when he told me about his life...I will always remember him as being a kind and considerate man who loved his Wife & Family very much. You all are Blessed with many beautiful memories that will carry you thru this loss. Sincerely, Lorraine....
