Stewart passed away surrounded by family at the age of 65. Devoted husband to Sheila, father to Adam and Megan (David), big brother to Kim (Joe), loving son to Richard (deceased) and Huguette, and proud Grandpa to Penelope. Stewart spent his life cultivating his many passions, including cooking, gardening, motorcycle riding, sailing, camping, woodworking and beekeeping. An engineer, Stewart was curious, methodical, and determined. He will be remembered for his uncompromising sense of humour and his dedication to his family and friends. Wherever you are, I hope there's beer in the fridge and a roof to climb. Join us for a celebration of Stewart's life at the Nepean Sailing Club on Friday Jan. 22, 2016 from 1 to 4 p.m. Come as you are. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Supportive and Palliative Care program at the Ottawa Hospital.
