Stojan "Stich" Maravich

Dear Mrs. Maravich & Family,

You and your family have our deepest sympathy. You and Mr. Maravich were wonderful neighbors to my parents, Marge and George Lopata for many, many years. I was sorry to learn of the loss of your dear husband, father & grand father.



Since leaving Pittsburgh some 25 years ago, I rarely get the chance to return for a visit.



But, I was glad to see "Stich" when I attended Holy Trinity Church in 2004. We shared a few laughs about the old SNF basketball days.



May his memory be eternal!

DEAREST HELEN & FAMILY. SORRY TO HAVE SEEN THIS OBIT THOUGHT MY BUDDY STITCH WOULD LIVE FOREVER. HE WILL LIVE FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS. WHAT A GREAT GUY HE WAS. HAD MANY GOOD LAUGHS WITH HIM. HAVE KNOWN HIM ALL MY LIFE AS A CHILD THEN AS AN ADULT. WHAT A WONDERFUL HUSBAND, FATHER AND I BET PAPA HE WAS.
