Dear family of Stu, I attended medical school with Stu and we worked together in OB/Gyn rotation. He was a very energetic person who really loved caring for patients. Years later I saw him endorsing medications for diabetes. I didn't see him after that. You have my belated condolences for a gentleman who obviously enjoyed life and his family and friends. I just thought about him today and looked him up online, sadly finding this obituary.

We used to visit Acumal Mexico where Stuart discovered an inlet we called, the Grotto. Clean shallow salt water with Fantastically colorful fish and turtles like we had never seen before. It was a "sanctuary" that Stuart loved, as we all did.

We enjoyed more than 30 years going to Cancun and having wonderful times with the Fine family. Stuart was a good person and a true friend. His passing comes as a reminder that life is all too short. We must cherish our family members and friends. Stuart will be missed by many people. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Floree,
Lisa, Lauren, and everyone who Stuart touched. RIP StuartAmente.
