Stuart Wright Obituary
Stuart was married to the love of his life, Rita May, for 67 years. He was the father of three sons: Glenn (wife Deborah), Eric (wife Rita Jo) and Scott (wife Shiree). He also had 6 grandchildren: Samantha, Kyle, Jordan, Taylor, Ian, Haley and 6 great grandchildren.
Stuart graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and served in the Navy in the Korean War. While his children were growing up, Stuart was a swim coach and referee of Rochester YMCA, Rochester AAU, Heart of the Hills Swim Club and East Grand Rapids High School.
Stuart was a business man in Michigan and retired in 1990 as VP of Human Resources and labor relations from Kysor Industrial Corporation.
He was a world traveler belonging to Nomads Travel Club out of Detroit, Michigan. He was an avid golfer and was a member of Cadillac County Club, Crystal Downs Country Club and Harbour Ridge Yacht and County Club.
He will be missed by his family and friends.
No funeral arrangements will be made. A private, family celebration of life ceremony will be planned at a later date.
