My heart goes out to all the Whelans. Sue-Ellen was a soldier these 10 years and fought a good fight. She is now free of pain and at peace enjoying the good life.

What I feel will be be left behind in her legacy is her internal & external beauty, her intelligence, her courage & her kindness. May your memories comfort you. My prayers & thoughts are with you all. God Bless!

To Sue-Ellen's family and friends;

I am so sorry. I was a classmate of Sue-Ellen in college. We lived near each other freshman year and so whenever I recall that time, it's impossible to forget her. She was always proud to be from Charlestown. I missed seeing her at the last reunion. She will continue to be missed.
