Dear Anderson extended family. I'm very sad to hear of Susan's passing and pass along my sincere condolences. I was a co-worker of hers for six years at ACP, sitting just a desk away. She often talked about her family, her trips up to NY to care for her parents, fun trips via AMTRAK to see siblings, etc. It was clear how much she cherished you all.

I was saddened to learn of Susan's passing. I too attended Hendy Avenue and EFA with Susan and shared some wonderful times in our young lives. She will be sorely missed. My condolences to Libby and Ken.

I am so very saddened by the loss of Susan and have been flooded with memories of our friendship since our Hendy Avenue school days up until our last time together three or four years ago in Elmira when we went on a walking tour together of homes and gardens in Elmira. I will always remember Susan as a joy, always creative with ideas for plays and stories in middle school, her french horn playing in the high school band and bringing all of us friends much laughter with her wonderful humor. I also felt so fond of her mom and dad who I got to see when in later years I would visit Sue at her home or pick her up for an outing when we both would be visiting in Elmira. Susan was a treasure and knowing she is no longer here feels very painful. I send my deep condolences to Ken and Libby.

I love Susan and we laughed together through our high school years relating all the tales of growing up. She was a dear friend of Ellen Carlson as was I and there were always fun times that extended beyond high school. She was very special and I am blessed to have known her.

To the Anderson family, God's heavenly family is the "winner" with the addition of Sue. Sue lived two blocks from me in Elmira and we attended Hendy Avenue, EFA, and local sporting events the whole time I knew her. Her passing is one of the low-lights of my life. She brightened up any/all dark rooms. Her stories will be told by all future generations. Her appearance at any "grade school and/or high school" party was immediately known. The "circle" around the hit of the party was always around Sue. I can only imagine what she was like in her college days. Sue will be missed, but what a miss she "left". Sue was one of a kind and I feel my life was made 100% to the enth power better by just being my friend and knowing her in our growing up years.
