Susan Marie Crotzer, 71, Gulf Shores, Al, passed away on January 29, 2024. She was born on December 12, 1952, in New York, New York, to the late Harriet Meeks and Louis Mango. Susan was a devoted wife to her late husband, George Crotzer Jr., and a loving mother to her daughters, Jo Horsley and Vicki Rice. She adored her grandchildren, Jojuan Horsley, Hanna Goins, and Jenna Griffice (Randall), as well as her great-grandchildren, Asher and Lena Graffice. Susan is also survived by her sister, Barbara Carroll (Jerry), and her brother, Louis Mango Jr. (Dawn).

Susan was known for her generosity and love for her family. She selflessly gave to her children and grandchildren and enjoyed cooking for family, friends, and those in need. Her culinary skills were greatly admired, and she found joy in watching celebrity cooking shows. Susan's faith was an integral part of her life, and she was a member of Parkway Christian Fellowship when she lived in Birmingham.

Professionally, Susan served as a Claim Administrator for the Social Security Administration in Birmingham, AL. She dedicated her career to helping others and ensuring they received the assistance they deserved.

A funeral service to honor Susan's life will be held on January 31, 2024, at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley, AL. The caring staff at Pine Rest Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.

Susan will always be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her devotion to serving others, and her culinary talents. She leaves behind cherished memories that will be forever treasured.
