SUSAN FERTAL Obituary
Age 56, of Carnegie, on Saturday, January 31, 2015. Beloved daughter of Andrew T. and the late Eda (Coletti) Fertal; dear sister of Andrew (Mary Ann), David (Kathy) and Judith (Ryan) DiPietropolo; also many nieces and nephews. Susan worked for many years as a beautician in the Virginia Manor Salon. Friends welcome Thursday 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 3 p.m. in SS Simon and Jude Church. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations to Catholic Charities, 212 9th St., Pgh., PA 15222, would be appreciated.

I was so very very sad to hear about this. She was such a positive person and always made me smile whenever I saw her. She had a wonderfully infectious laugh that I will never forget. I'm so sorry for the family's loss. Jason and Judy, I know how close you were with her. My condolences. She will be missed.

Dear Mr. Fertal, Judy and family,
Sue was such a wonderful, kind, fun, and caring friend to me. I remember all of the great times I had with Sue (and Judy) on Banbury Lane and the hair salon.
