Well Mom, 19 years is coming up. Every day I hope and pray that you're with Daddy, Tom, Gwa, your parents and grand parents and your sister and Erv and Clancy, Patrick and Cailin too. I hope you're all together. We miss you here still, guess we always will. I also pray that you're living with Peggy now and keeping an eye on her. We're so lucky that Joe and his amazing wife Fran were able to move right across the street from her and they do a great job of taking care of her. I love and miss you Mom, always will. Grandma Sue was a lifelong volunteer and knew the importance of giving back to your community and helping those less fortunate than ourselves... She never gave with the expectation of being noticed... Helping others was a part of her DNA... Every time I would call her, she would be working on crafts to donate or going to volunteer at the senior center or another organization... When I was younger, I didn´t realize the power of this example on my life... But now, I know what an unusual gift that was, to give of your time so freely and often.
As incredible as all these gifts were, Grandma´s love for her family were the core of who she was... She valued her calling of mom, mother-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother above all others... She touched countless lives through her love, service and hospitality... She was the kind of person we all hope to be.
Grandma´s years on this earth were beautiful and full...We are so fortunate to have spent so many years together, and her legacy will live on for generations to come... I Love you grandma - You truly were a special, special woman!

It's been a long time since I've been in here Mom. I keep your picture next to my desk and talk to you every day. You'd be so proud of our Margie. She has taken the last blanket you were working on and is finishing it to carry on your tradition of a blanket for every baby in the family. She's doing a great job and plans to give it to our newest little addition about to join our family. Peggy and Erv moved to Fla which you know because I felt your presence when I was there. I know you're with them keeping them safe. I keep calling the spare room " my room" but I know it's really your room and I guess Peggy knows that too because she decorated it how you'd like it. Please give Tom, Daddy, Gwa and Binky my love and tell them I miss them very much. I miss all of you.

Today I found several of those pins you used.in my new house in. fLorida and an hour later someone gave me a 2 dollar bill so I know you are ok with our moving here and were saying hello....miss you bunches but. We are helping seniors in your name...and that is a good thing....Peggy

You made so many special baby blankets that your Grandchildren and Great-grandchildren still treasure to this day. The lord called you home before you were able to completed the last baby blanket you were making. In your honor, I've decided my mother and I will complete that blanket. It will be a 3 generation "Grandmother blanket" and passed down to your Great-Grandson E.J's baby (Due in December 2013).
I miss you so much and think of you every day. People say it gets easier with time, but that's not true.... I miss you more and more every day.

It's been five years now. It doesn't seem that long because it seems like yesterday i saw you. I'm 13 now and 5'2 I wish you were here to see me grow up. I always imagined you at my birthday, the birth of my baby, my wedding and MY funeral. I wish i got to say goodbye to you. You were always there for me when i needed you. Whenever I go to Aunt Peggy's i sleep in your room. You always told me to follow my heart, and dreams came true. I still remember how you smelled. There is an angel in my room and i truly believe that you are her. You always said have an angel in every room. I really miss you and i promise when i have a baby girl i will name her after you. i promise. i know you are looking over me every second of everyday. i love you and miss you with all my heart.

Time is really passing by fast, E.J got married last week (you would love his wife) and tiffany is expecting her 2nd baby the end of April. Brandon is very excited about becoming a big brother. Last week-end, I came across the three $2 bills you gave me when I was a teenager (You said, if I put them in a safe place, I would never be broke). Well, Thursday morning the gas station attendant gave me a $2 DOLLAR BILL as change, (The only other time I had EVER gotten a $2 bill was from you). As I got into my car I realized, it was two days before the second anniversary of your passing.
I remember us talking about, how you believed your husband had sent you messages after he passed away. We made a deal, who ever passed away first would contact the other one (If it were possible). Well, YOU DID IT! Their have been different things that I felt were you, but the $2 BILL is 100% proof that YOU ARE WATCHING OVER US!
Over the past two years, I have struggled to find closure to your passing. I was looking for a way to accept you were gone from my life. The $2 BILL made me realize, YOU NEVER left us, you are just in a different place. I use to see you with my eyes and hear you with my ears, NOW; I carry you in my heart and talk to you with my thoughts. MY LOVE FOR YOU HAS NEVER CHANGED; WE JUST COMMUNICATE A DIFFERENT WAY.

I just wanted to say Thank You for inviting me to take photos of your Families on Sept 11, 2004 at the Raintree Resort. It was such an inspiration for me. Taking photos of your Mother and of the many wonderful families was an experience I'll never forget.

Because of you, I was able to dance faster. Because of you,

were the doors to peace of mind and self worth.

that the thunder was just the angels dancin', and
how to believe that tomorrow would always be better,
and that no matter how bad things seemed, someone
else always had it worse. This made me stronger.
You shared with me, long walks, and long talks, and
unwavering love and understanding that I never really
appreciated until
I myself became a mother.
The gifts that you gave me mom, go far beyoned
shiny paper and fluffy bows, your gifts lasted
a lifetime and made real differences in my life.
