Susan Swift Neill, 68 of Bradenton, passed away on January 11, 2023. Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late William R. and the late Ruth (Sweeney) Swift. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Shayna Neill of Mandeville, LA; daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Brian McCoy of Mandeville, LA; grandchildren, Jack, June, Brooks and Lucy and brother, William Swift of Bradenton, FL. Susan was a fiercely loving, kind and generous mother, Gaga and friend. She loved to travel the world and (attempt to) play golf with her dear friends but her greatest love of all was the love that she had for her family. She will be remembered for her close and loyal friendships, her beautiful smile and her generous soul. She will be greatly missed by all those that loved her and will always be remembered in their hearts. If you were lucky enough to know Mom, then you were lucky enough. Good night, I love you, sweet dreams. A Celebration of Mom’s Life and the love our family has for her is planned for 12:00PM, Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 43d Street Chapel is in charge of the arrangements. Condolences may be made to www.brownandsonsfuneral.com.

I just learned of Susan's death and I'm deeply saddened by the news. While I didn't know here long, I have a fondness, appreciation and gratitude for her. She always had confident, supportive words for me when I worked alongside her. Such a sweet soul with a great sense humor. We shared our love of grandkids, together, whenever I saw her. I wish I still had the opportunity to tell her how I admired her. May God bless and comfort her family.

Her generosity and warmth made our gatherings extra special.
Susan´s positive vibes and love for life will forever inspire me!
The family and friends left behind are broken hearted but heaven is now a sweeter place!

I´ve recently met Susan at John and Shayna´s house a couple of months ago. I enjoyed our short visit, and she was such a lovely woman. I know she´s so proud of her entire family especially John and Shannon. The world will miss her beautiful soul. May she rest in peace

I’m so thankful to have been able to know Sue. She was an amazing mentor and friend to me and I’ll never forget her. I’m selfishly sad to not have her here in this place anymore but I know she is having a time in heaven. Cheers, Sue!

So many people will miss Sue. She was a great help to all of the agents at Wagner Realty. She was there if I needed help with something or a question answered. She always had a smile on her face! She had a great sense of humor and made my time working at the desk enjoyable. She loved her family so much, and I'm sure they must be devastated by her passing. I wish she had more time to spend with us. Sue was a wonderful colleague and a great friend. I am so sad she's gone, and I will truly miss her.
