Dear Randy, Jessie Porter and Zeb,
My most heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. Susan was a wonderful friend and one of my favorite "party sisters". I say this with no disrespect. The many times you welcomed me into your home and treated as member of your family are among my most precious memories. One of my most prized possesions is the personal recipe book that Susan created and gave on Christmas several years ago. To this day, it provides much delight and many delicious calories. As I look through the book, I can remember a time when we all shared those dishes together at your homes in Silver Lakes and Barstow. Good times! Her laughter was infectious. On occassions we were known to laugh to the point of crying. I attribute this to our ability to just being silly with each other. I would like to raise my glass, tip my hat, and pay tribute to an awesome woman and my dear friend. God Rest Your Soul Susan. All my love, "Karen Kelly"
