Harvey and family - I'm so sorry for your loss: Susan was a capable, trailblazing partner and advocate. (Linda Hudson, my spouse, worked in PR for Bell of PA (1973-78), Bell Labs in NJ (1978-84), and AT&T Network Systems (NYC, NJ) until1986: it is possible that Linda and Susan crossed paths at some point. Both were among the first women in their respective positions.)

While I only spoke briefly to her by phone before your move to Ohio, I remember Susan's warmth and sense of humor. Knowing how many decades she spent riding tandems with Harvey, I know they had a strong relationship. ;-) May she Rest In Peace and ride in glory!

What a beautiful Obituary. Harvey, Susan's wife is a member of the Ohio City Bicycle Co-op Board of Directors. It is obvious that Susan and Harvey both have a joy and beauty for bicycles. We admire the impact that Susan and Harvey have had on the educational, environmental and community endeavors within their circles of influence. Thank you Harvey for sharing your precious time with Susan with the Co-op and sharing the qualities and values of Susan with us.

Dear family of Susan,

I send my condolences. My Mother and I had the pleasure of spending one Christmas with Sue, Harvey and Greg at the Slaughters. She was an engaging woman.
