My deepest sympathy to Suzanne's family. While Suzanne spent many years as a valued volunteer of North Hills Community Outreach, and having the opportunity of working closely with Suzanne, I have such fond memories of her. She was always easy going with a can do attitude, a genuine smile and a laugh that was infectious. Even though she was limited in so many ways, she had limitless determination. Care receivers of the Faith in Action program loved her words of encouragement to them, and the women in the gift shop downstairs always enjoyed her before and after visits. She will always remain in my thoughts.

My condolences to Heather and all of Suzanne's family. She was a treasure and touched many lives during her years of service at North Hills Community Outreach. Suzanne had a relaxed demeanor that put those around her at ease and she took the time to listen and offer encouragement to many who called for support.

Suzanne was also my friend. I will miss her wry sense of humor, her candor, and her encouragement. She conversed easily on a variety of subjects and was a delightful lunch companion, enjoying PB& J sandwiches at home and trips to the museum café equally. She was a gem and I feel blessed to have had her in my life.

Heather and family,
So sorry to hear about your loss. Susie was my best friend growing up in Shaler Crest. So many fond memories. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Wisniewski Family: I happened to see Suzanne's notice in today's Pgh.Post Gazette. It sounds like she was a remarkable and much loved lady, who really left her mark on everyone she touched. By coincidence,I saw that her son-in-law is Raymond Zurcher of San Antonio,Tx. I was recently trying to find out how to reach Mr. Zurcher on-line.I believe his father was named Raymond also, and was my mother's first cousin. Is it possible that his grandmother's name was Elizabeth Dawson Zurcher? She had two sisters,Ruth, and Pauline, who was my grandmother.I hope that you're not offended by my inquiring like this. I remember Raymond Sr. being described as a very handsome pilot.I have lived in Pgh all of my life.My name is Maureen(Reidell)Yeske. Mother Jean O'brien,Reidell. Pauline Dawson O'brien grandmother. Both deceased. If you are comfortable responding to my e-mail, that would be most welcomed, if not, I understand. Very sorry for your [email protected]
