Sybil SMITH Obituary
After a full life, on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, we lost a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Beloved wife of the late Jack Smith. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Boruch Yoel (Barry) and Lisa, Ronny and Roz, Mark and Nicole. Loving grandmother of Deena, Miriam, Aviva, and Aaron; Alexandra, and Randolph; Emily, David, Amanda, and Caroline. Proud great- grandmother of Aiden. Predeceased by her dear siblings. Sybil was an exceptional and generous person, always extending a helping hand and giving of her heart to others. She will be greatly missed and treasured by all those whose lives she touched. The family would like to thank Dr. April Shamy and the staff of 7NW at the Jewish General Hospital for their care. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Thursday, October 15 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Oncology Department c/o the Jewish General Hospital Foundation, (514) 340-8251.

Dear family,
I want to share our deepest sympathy for the passing of your mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Sybil was an exceptional woman who only saw the positive in people. She will be truly missed by our family during our visits in Montreal. Her smile was always so authentic, welcoming, and heart warming. We will miss you!
