Sylvain Barbe

My wife and I were very sad to hear the news that Sylvain passed away. He and his team were recently at our cottage on lake MacDonald. As always they did a great job and Sylvain always had his big deep laugh when he was telling stories to an audience !! Huge laugh !! Very infectious. I remember meeting him for the first time about 8 or so years ago. He had a large envelope of pictures of a time when he was younger and climbing and cutting trees with an insane amount of risk ! But he loved showing those pictures !! If he were a young lumberjack today he would surely have some great pictures to post on Instagram !! We send our condolences to his friends and family.
