To Joyce, Cy was a very kind man he interviewed me for my position at Dept of Health Services. He would plan the office Christmas parties at some lavishing establishment. He will truly be missed by his family at Dept of Health Services, but the pain and suffering are over. I was happy that I had the opportunity to visit him while he was at the facility May GOD be with you and your family in your time of sorrow.
